A little random is good for the soul.....

I've been feeling rather desperate for some warm sunshine lately.....therefore, this post will be filled with some pictures {from Bleah's tumblr} that made me feel all happy inside.

1. So......my friend Jen and I are playing soccer for a private Christian school!!!! Even though we're homeschoolers, they are letting us play. Which I love, 'cause all the girls are so awesome!! I feel like I've known them for years, instead of just a few weeks. (:

Awww, so cute!!!
 2.  I've been craving new music lately. Sadly, I have no money.....so I'm staying content listening to my fellow bloggers' playlists. Which are all very good, I must say. I found this Hawk Nelson song  which I adore now.

Good quote....I heartily agree.

3.  I got my braces off yesterday!!!!!! It hurt when the hygienist pinched off the brackets, and as she was scraping off the glue.......the noise was awful. I  thought she was going to take all the enamel off my teeth! Thankfully, she didn't. *wink wink* And for two glorious hours, I was free of any restraints.
But then we went back to have my retainer fitted......ugh. So I'm sitting here, with a clear plastic one on top and a metal wire on bottom. It's almost as bad as being back in braces again! Except that I can now smile without seeing metal.......which is pretty darn nice.

How I wish I were walking through a field like this!!!
 4. "Feel the rain on your skin, no one else can feel it for you.  Only you can let it in.  No one else, no one else can speak the words on your lips.  Drench yourself in words unspoken, live your life with arms wide open.  Today is where your book begins, the rest is still unwritten."  --Natasha Bedingfield
^^^^I stole this quote from Anna......but wouldn't you agree it was worth stealing sharing?

Pretty.....
5. The song 'Blessings', by Laura Story, is really beautiful. I heard it today on the radio, and it really caught my attention. Sometimes, God teaches us important lessons through tears and heartaches.....and while they don't seem to make sense at the time, they do later on.

Wishing I had a camera like this

Well, I'm off to prepare for yet another soccer game.
Here's to praying I do well! *raises glass*

Love y'all,

Really awesome post. :) glad you found my tumblr inspiring ;)

Aaah! Braces off? So jealous. Mine should come off at the end of the Summer. 3 1/2 long years... sigh

I LOVE this post soooo much!! Can I steal it? Actually, I think I'll find some pictures of my own and do the exact same thing [similar, I guess] Congrats on getting your braces off!! My friend just got hers off, and I'm pretty sure the retainer won't be so bad. (I've never had, nor will have braces, so I have no clue what it's like) Great awesome totally lovely-happy post :))

I LOOOOOVVVVEEEE that song my Natasha Bedingfield. I never knew who that song was by and now I do. :) YAY!

I love music. It's so awesome. I eventually want to play, piano and guitar. My little bro has a guitar but it's one of those first act kids thingy. But, I'd much rather have like a beginner's type thing.

Have a great day Lily,

Kelsey!

Looove this post! Yay for no more braces! But it makes me cringe to hear about the glue-scraping...jdksajfeiwjf (that's me cringing!)
And yeah, I wanna go find a field like that, and just pass out in it. Haha! ;)
